Jim Carten continues with his Jim's Tidbits. Three articles: the first is a copy of the Pennsylvania Gazette of September 11, 1746; the second is the "Tremblay" family invasion of Charlevoix, Québec; the third in French "La chasse aux castors".

Dolorès Robillard Benoit returns with her interesting articles of the "Bon Vieux Temps" - the "Good Old Days" - this one on exciting social evening or soirées.

Suzanne Boivin Sommerville sends along the final chapter of her excellent series on the children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren of Pierre Couc and Marie Mit8ameg8k8e.

Take a look at Jean Quintal's "The 11th of Mich and Mado". I wonder who or what is the 11th? Go take a look!

In his "A Tale of Several Cities", Fr. Taggart takes us to "The Dioceses of the Pacific Northwest".

Juliana L'Heureux departs from her series "Follow the Churches" to bring a heartwarming story about "A World War II Franco-American Hero".

We are happy to welcome another new author, Henri-Vincent Gosselin, who writes about his French ancestor, Eustache Lambert. I'm sure several of our readers will recognize Eustache as one of their ancestors. If you do, let us know. Read his interesting biography.

In "Mon Petit Coin", I will write about the Franco-Canadian-American village Harris, named after one of the English owners of Interlaken Mills who actually created this village for our Franco-Canadian immigrants to the United States.
