L'an mil huit cent vingt-six le huit Aôut après la publication des trois bans de mariage faite au prône de nos messes paroissiales pour les trois derniers dimanches entre Paul Téroux, fils majeur de Nicolas Téroux, cultivateur du lieu et Marguerite Guilbeau d'une part, et Marguerite Lachapelle, fille majeure de François Lachapelle, aussi cultivateur du lieu et de défunte Marguerite Losier de l'autre part, ne s'étant découvert au di mariage aucun empêchement et reçu le consentement des parents, nous prêtre curé de cette paroisse, soussigné, avons reçu leur mutuel consentement de mariage et donné la bénédiction nuptial suivant la forme prescrite par notre mère la Sainte Église et en présence de Nicolas Téroux, père de l'époux, Olivier Lambert ami, François Lachapelle père de l'épouse, François Lachapelle son frère qui ainsi que l'époux n'ont pu signer.

The year one thousand eight hundred twenty six, the eight August, after the publication of three bans of marriage carried out during the sermon of our parish masses for the last three Sundays, between Paul Téroux, adult son of Nicolas Téroux, farmer of the area and of Marguerite Guilbeau on the one part, and Marguerite Lachapelle, adult daughter of François Lachapelle, also a farmer of this area and of the deceased Marguerite Losier on the other part, having discovered no impediment to the marriage in question and having received the consent of the parents, we, priest pastor of this parish, have received their mutual consent of marriage and have given them the nuptial blessed following the form prescribed by our mother, the Holy Church, and in the presence of Nicolas Téroux, father of the groom, Olivier Lambert, a friend, François Lachapelle, father of the bride, François Lachapelle, her brother who as well as the groom did not know how to sign.
