L'an mil huit cent un le vingt-sept juillet, après la publication de trois bans de promesse de mariage faite au prône de messes de paroisse entre Nicolas Téroux fils majeur de Paul Téroux dit Laferté et Anne Landry les père et mère de cette paroisse d'une part et de Marguerite Guilbeau, fille mineure de Grégoire Guilbeau et d'Agathe Millet les père et mère aussi de cette paroisse qu'on ait trouvé aucun empêchement au dit mariage, je curé missionaire soussigné après avoir reçu leur mutuel consentement de mariage leur ai donné la bénédiction nuptiale avec les cérémonies prescrites par la Sainte Église notre mère en présence de la part de l'époux de Paul Téroux dit Laferté son père, de Jean-Baptiste Téroux son oncle et de Louis Paul Hus témoins et de la part de l'épouse Grégoire Guilbeau son père et de Jean François Regis Pelissier témoins et de plusieurs autres parents et amis les uns ont signé les autres ont déclaré ne pouvoir signer ainsi que l'époux et l'épouse de ce enquis lecture faite.

The year one thousand eight hundred one the twenty-seven July, after the publication of the three bans of promise of marriage carried out during the sermon of the parish masses between Nicolas Téroux, adult son of Paul Téroux dit Laferté and Anne Landry the father and mother from this parish on the one hand, and of Marguerite Guilbeau, minor daughter of Grégoire Guilbeau and of Agathe Millet the father and mother also from this parish, that no impediment to the said marriage was found, I missionary pastor, undersigned, after having received their mutual consent of marriage, gave them the nuptial blessing with ceremonies as prescribed by the Holy Church our mother, in the presence, on the part of the groom, of Paul Téroux dit Laferté his father, of Jean-Baptiste Téroux his uncle and of Louis Paul Hus, witnesses, and on the part of the bride, Grégoire Guilbeau her father and Jean François Regis Pelissier witnesses and many other relatives and friends, some signed, others declared not being able to sign as well as the bride and groom this edict, the reading having been carried out. br>(Signatures)Regis Pelissier, C.
