Le ving-trois juillet mil huit cent quatre-vingt-neuf, dû la dispense de deux bans de mariage, accordé le vingt du même mois par le Trés Révérend Monsieur Alphonse Godard Vicaire-Général de Monseigneur Louis Zephrain Moreau Evêque de St-Hyacinthe, dû de plus la publication du troisème ban faite en forme de notre messe paroissiale du dimanche précédent entre Philias Rivard-Dufresne, domicilié en cette paroisse, fils majeur de Odilon Rivard-Dufresne aussi cultivateur et de Julie Martin aussi de cette paroisse d'autre part; et Marguerite Fourquin dit Léveillé, aussi de cette paroisse, fille aussi majeure de feu Antoine Fourquin dit Léveillé en son vivant de cette paroisse, et de Sophie Lambert, d'autre part; en défaut découvert aucun impêchement, nous, Prêtre, soussigné, Curé de cette paroisse, avons reçu leur mutuel cosentement de mariage eet leur avons donné la bénédiction nuptiale en présence de Odilon Rivard-Dufresne, père de l'époux, de Narcisse Fourquin-Léveillé, oncle de l'épouse, de parents et des amis dont les uns ont signé aussi unis avec les époux, les autres ayant déclaré ne savoir signer.

On July 23 1889, having received a dispensation of two marriage banns, given on the 20th of the same month, by the Very Revered Monsignor Alphone Godard, Vicar-General to His Excellency Louis Zephraim Moreau, Bishop of St-Hyacinthe, and in addition the publication of the third bann carried out formally during last Sunday's parish mass, between Philias Rivard-Dufresne, living in this parish, adult son of Odilon Rivard-Dufresne and Julie Martin, also of this parish in addition; and Marguerite Fourquin dit Léveillé, also of this parish, adult daughter of the late Antoine Fourquin dit Léveillé, who lived in this parish also, and of Sophie Lambert in addition; having found no impediments, we, Priest who signed below, Pastor of this parish, have received their mutual consent of marriage and have given them the nuptial blessing in the presence of Odilon Rivard-Dufresne, father of the groom, of Narcisse Fourquin dit Léveillé, uncle of the bride, of parents and friends who signed below and those of the bride and groom, the others having indicated that they cannot write.
