Le dix février mil huit cent trente-six après la publication de trois bans de mariage faite au prône de notre messe paroissiale durant les trois derniers dimanches entre Joseph Fourquin dit Léveillé, fils majeur de Joseph Fourquin dit Léveillé, agriculteur, et de Marie-Anne St-Germain, de cette paroisse d'une part, et de Émilie Bergeron, fille mineure de Thomas Bergeron agriculteur et de Marie Giguère, aussi de cette paroisse d'autre part, ne s'étant découvert aucun empêchement que celui du quatrième au quatrième dégré de consanguinité dont la famille a obtenu dispense de Monseigneur Cook vicaire générale Trois-Rivières en date du trente janvier dernier et reçu le consentement des parents, Nous,Curé de St-David, à la réquisition de Monsieur le Curé du lieu, avons reçu leur mutuel consentement de mariage et donné la bénédiction nuptiale suivant la forme prescrite par la Ste-Église notre mère et en présence de Joseph Fourquin dit Léveillé, père de l'époux, Basile Loiseau dit Cardin, beau-frère, Michel Fourquin dit Léveillé, oncle, Thomas Bergeron, père de l'épouse, Louis St-Germain, ami, les parents ainsi que les époux déclaré ne savoir signer.
