Aujourd'hui vingt-sept Avril mil huit cent cinquante-quatre nous prêtre curé soussigné avons inhumé dans le cimitière du lieu le corps de Antoine Fourquin dit Léveillé décédé depuis deux jours agé de dix mois, fils de Antoine Fourquin dit Léveillé et de Sophie Lambert. Témoins François Nicquet et Basile Lavallée qui n'ont su signer.

Today the twenty-seven April one thousant eight hundred fifty-four, we the undersigned priest pastor have interred in the cemetery of the area the body of Antoine Fourquin dit Léveillé who died two days ago at the age of ten months, son of Antoine Fourquin dit Léveillé and of Sophie Lambert. Witnesses François Nicquet and Basile Lavallée who did not know how to sign.
