L'an mil sept cens cinquante le seize de mars, par nous prêtre soussigné a été inhumé dans le cimetière de cette paroisse, le corps de Marguerite Laforest agée de soixante et dix, la femme d'Antoine Théroux, décédé d'hier après avoir reçu les sacrements de la Ste-Église présent Jean Petit, Ignace Laferté, Réné Dupuis et autres qui ont déclaré ne pouvoir signer de ce enquis.

The year one thousand seven hundred fifty the sixteenth March, by us the undersigned priest buried in the cemetery of this parish, the body of Marguerite Laforest seventy years old, the wife of Antoine Théroux, died yesterday after having received the sacrements of the Holy Church, present Jean Petit, Ignace Laferté, Réné Dupuis and others who declared not being able to sign this document.
