Le quatiesme jour du mois de decembre de l'an 1691 a esté inhumé
dans le cimetiere de cette paroisse^{dans l'Hôtel-Dieu de Quebec} le corps de Françoise Loygnon âgée de
soixante ans ou environ après avoir reçu les sacrements de
pénitence, eucharistie et extreme onction en presence de Toussaint
Du Baus et Joseph Pinguet qui ont signé.

The fourth day of the month of December of the year 1691 was buried
in the cemetery of this parish^{in the Hôtel-Dieu de Quebec} the body of François Loygnon at the age of
sixty years or thereabout after having received the sacraments of
Penance, Eucharist and Extreme-Unction in the presence of Toussaint
Du Baus and Joseph Pinguet who signed.
