par Monseigneur P E Bauret, Pronotaire Apostolique
et Vicaire General de Sa Grandeux Monseigneur
J.S. Germanin Burrault, Eveque de Nicolet
en date du vingt juin dernier,
vu aussi la publication
du troisième ban faite au prône de notre messe
paroissiale, ainsi qu'au prône de la messe paroissiale
de la paroisse de St Jean de Wickham, comme il appert
par un certificat du curé du lieu, entre Francis
Edouard Ellis, cultivateur de la paroisse de St Jean de
Wickham, fils majeur de feu Richard Ellis en son
vivant cultivateur, et de Anne Smith de la paroisse
de St Jean de Wickham d'une part; et Clara
Demanche, institutrice, fille mineure de Darius Demanche,
cultivateur, et de Georgiana Tremblay, de cette paroisse
d'autre part; ne s'étant déclaré aucun empêchement
au dit mariage, et vu consentement des parents de
la partie mineure, nous, prêtre curé soussigné,
avons reçu leur mutuel consentement de mariage
et leur avons donné la bénédiction nuptiale en
présence de James Doyle beau-frere de l'époux et de
Darius Demanche, père de l'épouse lesquels ainsi que les
époux one signé avec nous. Lecture faite.

The first July one thousand nine hundre eighteen
given the dispensation of two bans of marriage authorized
by Monsignor P E Bauret, Apostolic Pronotary
and Vicar General of his Excellency Monsignor
J.S. Germanin Burrault, Bishop of Nicolet
on the date of the twentieeth of last June
given also the publication
of the third ban carried out from the pulpit of our parish Mass
as well from the pulpit of the parish Mass
of the parish of St-Jean de Wickham, as it appeared
in the certificate of the pastor of the area, between Francis
Edouard Ellis, farmer of the parish of St-Jean de
Wickham, adult son of the deceased Richard Ellis, while
living a farmer, and of Anne Smith of the parish
of St-Jean de Wickham on the one part; and Clara
Demanche, instructor, minor daughter of Darius Demanche
farmer, and of Georgiana Tremblay, of this parish
on the other part; having had declared no impediment
to the mentioned marriage, and given the consent of the parents of
the minor party, we, the undesigned priest pastor
received their mutual consent of marriage
and imparted upon them the nuptial blessing in the
presence of James Doyle brother-in-law of the groom and of
Darius Demanche, father of the bride who as well as the
spouses signed with us. Reading done.
