L'an mil sept cent vingt six le mardy cinquiesme novembre apres la publication
de trois bans en trois dimanches consecutifs aux prônes des messes
paroissialles entre Isidore Bernier fils de Charles Bernier et de Anne
Lemieux ses pere et mere de la paroisse de StIgnace d'une part et
de Ursule Belo fille de Jean Baptiste Belo et de Catherine Berthiaume
ses pere et mere de la paroisse de StIgnace d'autre part, sans
y ait eut aucun empechement, je soussigné missionaire de la
paroisse de StIgnace ay reçu leur mutuel consentement de mariage
dans la chapelle de Isles aux Oyes de Peniantes de la cure de
StIgnace, et je leurs ay donné la benediction nuptiale selon les formes
prescrites by notre mere Ste Eglise, en presence des freres, des
soeurs, oncles et cousins de l'époux, du pere et la mere des freres des
de l'épouse, et de François Lemieux, François Martin, Louis LeFortin
pere et fils de Louise Fortin femme de Louis Lemieux, de Joseph Lemieux
de Jean Baptiste Gosselin et plusieurs autres lesquels ont declaré
en partie ne savoir ecrier ny signer de ce enquis suivant
l'ordonnance.

The year one thousand seven hundred twenty-six the Tuesday fifth November after the publication
of three bans on three consecutive Sundays from the pulpit of the
parish Masses between Isidore Bernier son of Charles Berner and of Anne
Lemieux his father and mother of the parish of St-Ignace one the one part, and
Ursule Belo daughter of Jean Baptiste Belo and of Catherine Berthiaume
her father and mother of the parish of St-Ignace on the other part, without
there being any impediment, I the undersigned missionary of the
parish of St-Ignace received their mutual consent of marriage
in the chapel of the Isles aux Oyes de Peniantes of the pastorate of
St-Ignace, and I imparted upon them the nuptial blessing according to the forms
prescribed by our mother the Holy Church, in the presence of brothers,
sisters, uncles and cousins of the groom, of the father and mother, brothers
of the bride, and of François Lemieux, François Martin, Louis LeFortin
father and son of Louise Fortin wife of Louis Lemieux, of Joseph Lemieux
Jean Baptiste Gosselin and many others who declared
in part not knowing how to write not sign as required by
the ordinance.
