Le parrain a été Pierre Poulain lequel a signé. La marraine Marie Gagnon femme de Louis Gagné laquelle a déclaré ne savoir signer de (?) selon l'ordonnance.

The godfather was Pierre Poulain who signed. The godmother was Marie Gagnon wife of Louis Gagné who declared not knowing how to sign (the document) according to the ordinance.
