Joseph Omer PELLAND was born and baptized on 23 October 1884 in Ste-Hélène de Bagot, Québec. He married Rose Rosanna BERGERON. He immigrated to Rhode Island with his family around 1903. His family first lived in Cumberland RI (Census1910US), then in Lincoln RI (Census1920US), then in Central Falls RI (Census1930US). He died between 1927 and 1930 according to the US Census Rhode Island 1930.

Rose Rosanna BERGERON was born in 1887 in Berthier, Québec. She died on 14 April 1938 in Central Falls, RI. Rose's parents were Alphonse BERGERON & Elmire LAROSE. Elmire was born in 1853 in Québec, according to the 1930 Census of Central Falls RI. Alphonse died on 20 October 1922 in Rhode Island. His parents were David BERGERON & Rosalie BOUFFARD; David and Rosalie married on 10 August 1841 in St-Simon, Bagot, Québec.

iv. Irène PELLAND was born in 1916 in Providence, RI. She married Arthur LÉVEILLÉE. Irene died 31 Oct 1990 in Providence, RI.
