There is an entry, "LESVEILLE, Occupation: Soldat" in the Liste de migrants, Régiment de Carignan, year 1688.

On 6 July 1697, Iberville recruited men from Québec, at Plaisance, in the county of Papineau. Listed as number "40) leveillé: X dit Léveillé, soldat, n. France, 1697 Plaisance". Could this be Pierre or Julien or a relative? (1)(4)
