ELEVENTH GENERATION


1638. Marin BOUCHER was born in 1589 in Saint-Langis-lez-Mortagne. In France, he first married Julienne BARIL who died before 1629. They had seven children, none of whom except one son came to New France. He married Perinne MALET before 29 August 1630. When Marin arrived in Canada in 1634, Champlain allowed him to till the land of the Recollets, on which he built a house on the Rivière St-Charles. In 1641, he benefited from a grant on the shore of Beaupré where he lived with his family. He died on 29 March 1671 in Château-Richer, Québec. (1)(4)

1639. Perinne MALET was the daughter of Pierre MALET & Jacqueline LEGER who were married before 31 December 1604 in France. She died in Québec on 25 August 1687. (3)(4)

Children were:

iv. Pierre BOUCHER was born on 13 February 1639 in Québec. He married Marie STDENIS on 4 April 1663 in Château-Richer. Marie died on 23 and buried on 24 January 1705 in Rivière-Ouelle. Pierre died on 13 May 1707 in Rivière-Ouelle, Québec. (1)

v. Marie Madeleine BOUCHER was born on 4 August 1641 in Québec. She married Louis HOUDE HOULE on 12 January 1655 in Québec. (5)

child819 vi. Marie BOUCHER was born on 15 April 1644. She married Charles GAUDIN on 6 November 1653 in Québec. She died on 15 July 1730 in L'Ange Gardien. (1)(2)(5)
